We are a locally owned, full-service pool and spa management company providing services like cleaning, backwashing, sanitizer management, water balancing, equipment maintenance, and chemical application. We are a modern company focused on innovative solutions to your needs. We do it right or we don't do it.
All pools and owners have different expectations for their pools and service levels. Because of that, we offer programs with one, two, or three visits per week. We can include chemicals in our pricing or add them to your monthly service bill. Our monthly programs are all set up as a flat rate per month to help with budgeting.
Nope! We provide our own chemicals in all levels of our plans. Generally, we can provide much higher quality products at a similar price to what you can buy it for. What’s the best part of that? We do the correct applications and store the product to ensure performance and efficiency.
Our plans cover all basic services and are detailed in the services page of our agreement. We can structure those agreements into a weekly or monthly pricing with or without chemicals included in that price. Some things that fall outside the regular plans are all repairs, after hours and holiday work, wind and storm cleanup, green-to-clean services, sand changes, salt cell cleaning, and equipment installation. There is no way to list all of our services, but give us a call and we will help.
There is not a job that we will not do or find a solution for.. Our goal is to solve your issues and get your life back to normal. We are capable of fixing all types of equipment from manufacturers like Hayward, Pentair, Jandy, Solaxx, Rheem, Raypak, and Century. We work on pool pumps, pump motors, sand filters, cartridge filters, DE filters, LED lighting, incandescent lighting, salt systems, and chlorine injectors. If it has to do with a pool, we have likely installed or repair it. If not, we have professional relationships with many pool professionals.
In addition to regular pool management, we offer leak detection, pre-purchase swimming pool evaluations and consulting, pool equipment repairs, pool equipment installation, heater installation, surface refinishing, leak and piping repair, new pool design consulting, and new pool owner training. For other services, we have professional relationships with pool construction companies, automation experts, refinishing companies, equipment manufacturers, and pool refinish curing experts that we work with. We have a page specifically for this.
Really, any piece of swimming pool equipment can be handled by our team. Swimming pool heaters, salt systems, sand filters, cartridge filters, mutliport valves. We even work with the newest UV and ozone sanitation systems. We can provide all options from Pentair, Jandy, Hayward, Solaxx, Autopilot, and many others. We will always offer the best options to meet your needs.
We sure do. We offer service to anyone that has an issue and is looking for a special solution.. Leak detection, swimming pool equipment installation and repair, emergency service, pool testing and balancing, real estate system evaluations, and short-term cleaning are all services that can help solve issues. Honestly, some of our best relationships started in this very way.
Not for residential customers. We have some basic rules to our relationships and have a simple document acknowledging those items between us and you. Our goal is to provide you with the highest levels of service that will earn your business with each visit. We believe that great service and open communication between both parties is the foundation of a great relationship.
Absolutely. This has been the specialty of this company for over a decade. We take this role very seriously for our distant customers and ones with rental income on the line. We are quick to respond to any issue and will keep an eye on things for you as we go through our services. Moving furniture before and after hurricanes, meeting utility vendors and contractors on site for you, and managing your heaters is all part of what we have done for customers.
Yes. That is not a problem, but not all management companies are created equal and their motivations and goals may not meet yours. it is a far better and more transparent relationship to work directly with you. We just find that being able to present and address all items directly is better than through a third party. We are able to discuss options with you and give you the quickest and most professional services that way. We can work through items, timing, and payment terms.
We work with all types of pools and have the staff qualified to provide the services. We will gladly quote any work that you require. Our South Carolina Certified Pool Operators (CPO) are ready to keep your pool within the standards that DHEC has set for public pools. Add an answer to this item.
All invoicing is done by email on a monthly basis. The billing is based upon the agreement that we have with you. From there, we take checks or credit cards. We can even have you pay online OR we can safely store your payment method and run it for you. Unlike many pool companies, you do not pay for service until it is completed and you are satisfied.
Not at all. We can properly care for you without anyone being home during the time of cleaning. We do ask that dogs remain indoors while we complete our service and that we have full access to everything involved with the pool. This may mean giving us keys or codes that we will securely store.
We reach out to all customer requests immediately. Our goal is to have your issue identified and a plan of action ready for your within 48 hours. Of course, delays can occur with the physical visit to your site (storms, holidays, weekends), but servicing you is our goal as soon as possible.dd an answer to this item.
Yes. If you need emergency or special service, please call our line and leave a message and send a text on our main lines. We monitor them at all times and will contact you, as soon as possible, and see if we can come to a quick resolution. We understand that your pool going down is a major issue and it always seems to happen in the most inconvenient time.
We carry all proper licenses and certifications required for the work we perform. Our business is covered with proper liability, vehicle, workman’s compensation and liability insurance. We carry multiple Certified Pool Operator licensees on-site at all times. Our company has the correct business, retail, and sales tax licensing.
